All of our products have originated with recognized needs of our customers. The products that you see on this website undergo several revisions before going to market. Any time that a revision is made it is because of our ability to improve the quality of the product.

If you have a specific need that the existing Eye-D Cam product line cannot meet please let us know. All of our products have been developed at the request of specific customers. We will listen to your suggestions.
Our engineering associates can probably develop products to meet your needs.
Service after Warranty (click for service procedures)
Eye-D Cam products will be serviced on a time and materials basis at our service department in Lafayette, Indiana. If the damage to the unit is too extensive or if the unit is obsolete we may recommend purchasing a new unit. Most of the time the damaged unit will be repairable.
Products that are manufactured by other organizations will be sent to that respective factory for repair.
All shipping charges will be paid by our customer. |
